    Founder & Consultant

Ranika Singh loves counselling IMGs and has the results to show for it. She developed her expertise over an eleven-year career at an Ontario provincial government agency, an innovative health-care recruitment initiative designed to help both local and international medical graduates navigate their pathway to success in Ontario. Here she worked in various positions helping Residents transition into practice, and guiding community physician recruiters. From 2015-2019, she advised IMGs on understanding the Canadian licensure & medical application process and their applications and interviews with medical schools in Canada and the US.

Today, Ranika runs her own career consultancy business (IMG Career Counselling) and focuses exclusively on IMGs and their unique career challenges. She provides IMGs support to develop their applications for CaRMS, ERAS, BC CAP, PRA, and other various healthcare career assessments and options, helping them build on their strengths and address any weaknesses with proven strategies and specialized, targeted content.
